In order to begin, or continue to, receive bid notifications as a current vendor you must register with this new system. This process will only take a few minutes. The Upson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities therein, and / or to award to other than the low bidder.
To bid projects with Upson County you must be a registered vendor with Public Purchase.
If you are submitting a bid packet on any project, you must include a signed and notarized copy of the contractor affidavit (PDF).
